So here is our schedule, some things may be subject to change, but right now it's pretty solid! We went through everyone's schedules and arrival times to get where we are with it, so there really isn't room for change beyond the 24th. We will be doing a lot of setting up the 25th so that we can have some time to just relax and have fun, Emily's bachelorette party is planned for the 25th at night so everyone can attend. Feel free to pass this link to anyone that might be involved in the set up, immediate family, or bridal party. Amanda Lee (Asher's Sister-in-law) will be taking lead and acting as our coordinator for the day. There's absolutely no room for multiple leaders and we just ask that after you complete the jobs you've been given, that you just celebrate, soak it all in, and relax with us and let others do the jobs they have volunteered for. Micromanaging is a no no. It is so important that everyone is just there and that the meaning of this day isn't lost in details that really don't matter. We are getting married and we're so so excited to have everyone there to celebrate with us!

12:00-1:00- Meet back at ranch for early rehearsal, directed by Amanda Lee

10:00- 11:00 AM MEN set up ceremony area (chairs, rugs, decorate arch, misc decor)
10:00-11:00 AM LADIES set up reception area (decorate tables, set up cake table, food tables)
11:00-12:00- Make up and hair
Hair/Makeup (Tentative)- 12:00 PM
Bride getting ready pictures - 1:30 PM
Groomsmen get ready - 2:30 PM
Bridesmaids Pictures - 3:00 PM
Groomsmen Pictures - 3:30 PM
Start heading towards the ceremony area- 5:00 PM
Ceremony- 5:30-5:50 PM
Family Pictures- 5:50-6:10 PM
Couples Portraits- 6:10-7:10 PM

It's super important to us that beginning at the reception, things just stay relaxed. We have been to plenty of weddings and the very last thing we want is to be forced into a schedule. We'll do our first dance when we're ready, we'll cut cake when it's time, and we aren't going to be doing a garter toss or bouquet toss. Just enjoy yourselves and soak it in with us, two amazing families are coming together and this is a good time to get to know each other.
