We will not be providing transportation for the wedding. We recommend guests carpool with other guests from the suggested hotels or consider using a ride share if you would like to let someone else do the driving. Since the venue is further out of town, please expect to drive 25-50 minutes depending on where you stay.

Our venue's address is 11530 N Greenwich Blvd, Surprise, AZ 85388. The venue is located in a gated neighborhood. To enter the neighborhood let the guard know you are attending a wedding at the country club. There will be free parking located in front of the country club. Once you park, there will be signage directing you to the ceremony lawn where the wedding will take place. The cocktail hour and reception will be only a short 2-minute walk from the ceremony lawn.

We do not have a hotel room block. However, we recommend that guests stay at our suggested hotels for either closer proximity to the venue or to be closer to family in Scottsdale. Please see our "Travel" page on our wedding website for more information. We are happy to provide other suggestions on where to stay if you are looking for something in particular.

We kindly request that guests wear cocktail attire. Since our wedding ceremony and reception will be outdoors, we recommend breathable clothing for comfort. Stiletto or thin heels are not recommended since the ceremony will be held on a grass lawn.

We'll be providing water to combat the heat during our outdoor ceremony. We do suggest that guests bring a pair of sunglasses so they can comfortably view the ceremony.

Our wedding ceremony and reception will both be held outside during the evening.

We anticipate the weather for our wedding day to be between 80 and 85 degrees. Please check the weather prior to travel for more accurate information.

There will be a complimentary bar for our guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception.

Our menu will offer entrée options for our gluten-free guests. If you have specific dietary restrictions or needs, please indicate them when you RSVP using the dietary restrictions question prompt.

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet with several delicious options.

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to have a small and intimate wedding. Seating is limited. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to Ashlee or A.J. directly. Thank you for understanding.

We love your children, but due to space restrictions, we cannot accommodate guests under the age of 18 on our wedding day who aren’t already specified within the invitations.

Your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! If you would like to honor us with a gift, you can have it delivered to Ashlee’s home at 5725 E Nisbet Rd, Scottsdale, AZ 85254. A wedding card box will be available at our reception.

Our wedding will take place at Sterling Grove Golf + Country Club on October 11th, 2025. The ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM, followed by cocktail hour and the reception. The evening is anticipated to wrap up around 9:30 PM.

We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 20 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space (located about a 5-minute walk from the parking lot) and find a seat.

There will be a 30 minute cocktail hour that will take place between the ceremony and reception where you can enjoy drinks and small bites.

Our reception will end around 9:30 PM, shortly after a sparkler send-off for the bride and groom.
