The ceremony will be outdoors, cocktail hour will be under a tent and the reception will be indoors. All three are on site.

Yes, there is a large parking lot but there will also be a shuttle from the hotel to the venue and then back at the end of the night.

The shuttle will be leaving from the DoubleTree by Hilton in Leominster. It will start loading at 3:15 and leave by 3:30pm.

Cocktail attire - We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with tie and women wear a mid-length dress or dressy separates.

Unfortunately we are unable to block off rooms at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Leominster. They do offer a 10% off discount using our names. We suggest to book your rooms ASAP if you are planning to stay the night.

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your invite. When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

Although we love your little ones, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children at our wedding. This pertains to children of all ages. Please refer to the RSVP tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children. If they are not listed, we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!
