Jake and Ashleigh first met in 2018, through mutual friends, Sammi and Matt. After getting to know each other a little better in fall of 2019, Jake and Ashleigh quickly became friends, bonding over their love for coffee, food, travel and all things nerdy. Around 2021 they put their stubbornness aside and started officially dating. It didn't take long for them to realize their friendship had blossomed into a beautiful relationship that they wanted to last forever. In November of 2023, in the presence of Ashleigh's family, Jake finally proposed to his Hufflepuff, in the sweetest and nerdiest way possible...and of course Ashleigh said yes to her Ravenclaw! Jake and Ashleigh can't wait to celebrate their wedding day with their family and close friends.
