We recommend looking at different routes through Google Flights! Play around with coming from/into different cities to find deals and dates that work for you. Trains are very popular and easy to navigate through Europe so keep that in mind if you choose to fly into a different city than Florence. Some common flight routes are: ATL > FLO; ATL > FCO + Train to FLO; ATL > CDG + Train to FLO; LGA or JFK > FCO + to Train to FLO; LGA or JFK > FLO;

You can reach the small town of Castelfiorentino easily by a 45 minute local train from Firenze (Santa Maria Novella station). This train departs every hour and costs 5.5 Euros one way. Additionally, there is a taxi (flat rate 20 euros per ride) that holds up to 3/4 people and luggage. Alternatively, you can rent a car or a minivan. There are several companies either at the Firenze or Pisa airports or in Firenze city center, near the station Santa Maria Novella. Check out rental car companies like Tryfthy or Hertz.

Sunday, July 2: For those staying on site at the property, plan to arrive at the villa Sunday afternoon to check in. Monday July 3: For guests staying on site, breakfast on site will be served and from there we can enjoy the amenities of the property including the pool, gym, tennis court, cooking lessons, or go to a winery tour. At night we will host our rehearsal dinner for all wedding guests in the form of a pizza party. Tuesday July 4: Wedding ceremony + reception Wednesday July 5: Check out of villa and everyone is free to continue to travel Europe on their own, or head home.

The villa accommodates up to 50 guests, with family and wedding party getting priority room accommodations. For additional guests who also choose to stay on site, the cost will vary depending on the room type (private vs. shared with other guests). For the three nights, expect to pay a range of 190- 250 euro per person total. This price will include 3 breakfasts, 2 dinners, and access to all amenities on the property. The villa offers additional activities for a cost (i.e. an authentic Italian cooking class for 10 euro per person). If you are interested in staying on property, please let us know!
