What time should I arrive?
Please arrive a 10-30 minutes in advance of the ceremony to allow time to park and find a seat of your choice at the ceremony site.
What is the parking situation?
There is a shared parking lot with the golf course that can accommodate 110 spots as well as additional street parking (no over night parking.) There is also parking available if you choose to stay at the Hampton Inn which is the closest hotel (walking distance.)
Will there be an open bar?
There will be an open bar for cocktail hour, and then paid drinks will be available for the rest of the reception. The bar is cashless. There will be signature mocktails available chosen by the couple, as well as unlimited soft drinks at no cost.
What kind of food will be served?
There will be a buffet style dinner with at least one vegetarian entree and one meat entree. All dishes will have ingredient lists available to anyone with dietary restrictions or curiosity.
Is there a designated smoking area?
All smoking must be "off property" according to the venue.
Where should I stay while in town?
Hotels in San Clemente or Dana Point will be slightly closer to the beach/venue. San Juan Capistrano and Mission Viejo are the next two closest cities.
May I bring a plus one?
No, not unless specified on your invitation/RSVP.
How do I RSVP if I can't attend in person?
If you can not attend in person you will have the option to select virtual attendance in your RSVP.
How can I access the livestream ceremony?
The livestream ceremony will be streamed for anyone who can not attend in person. At 3pm (6pm eastern time) the ceremony will start. There will be an iPad on a tripod that will catch it all. More details about the link will be added as we approach the wedding day.
What should I do if I need to cancel after RSVPing?
Please contact the couple directly ASAP if you need to cancel or change from in person to virtual attendance.
Why isn't there a typical registry?
In lieu of gifts, the couple request you help them save for their dream Honeymoon vacation: a cruise!
Can I bring a gift to the wedding?
The couple would never turn down a gift! If you choose to bring a gift please be sure to inform the someone from the bridal party. Alternatively, the couple is saving for their honeymoon if you would like to donate to that.
Can I take and post pictures on social media?
Please take as many pictures as you would like and share them with the couple via the QR code posted around the venue! There will be a pin to access the photos posted as well.
Can I get copies of photos taken by the photographer?
Speak with the couple directly if you would like copies of the photos.
