The ceremony starts promptly at the time indicated on the invitation. To make sure you find a great seat and get settled, we recommend arriving 15–30 minutes early. We’ll have the music playing and the vibes ready!

There is plenty of parking on-site! If you or a loved one needs a hand getting from the car to the ceremony site, don't worry—we’ll have assistance available to help you get exactly where you need to be.

We’re taking advantage of the fresh air! Our ceremony is outdoors, followed by an indoor/outdoor cocktail hour. We’ll move indoors for the reception to dine and dance the night away in the AC.

We’ve hired an amazing photographer to capture the big moments! We kindly ask for an "unplugged" ceremony—please tuck away your phones and cameras until the reception. We want to see your lovely faces and have everyone fully present with us during this special moment. (But once we hit the reception, snap away!)

We’re serving a delicious plated dinner by an award winning chef! To make sure we get your favorite dish in front of you, please be sure to select your meal choice when you RSVP.
