Wedding Day Transportation

To make sure everyone arrives on time for the “I do’s,” please note the wedding morning transportation schedule:6:10 AM – Wedding Pavilion parking lot (located at the Grand Floridian Resort)6:30 AM – POP Century Main Lobby6:50 AM – Port Orleans Riverside Main Lobby There are no alternative transportation options to reach the ceremony space, so please plan accordingly. Guests are encouraged to arrive 5-10 minutes early for pick-up. If you are not staying at one of the wedding room block resorts, you are welcome to park at the Wedding Pavilion on the same property where the reception will also take place. Please note: Upon arrival for the ceremony, guests will go through a security checkpoint at the special backstage entrance to the Italy Pavilion. We recommend bringing a photo ID for verification. Return transportation will be provided to POP Century, Port Orleans Riverside, and Wilderness Lodge after the reception.

EPCOT Celebration Details

After the reception, we invite you to join the newlyweds for an evening of magic at EPCOT’s International Food &amp; Wine Festival and a viewing of the fireworks as the park closes at 9:00 PM. From there, you can view all your plans in one place and purchase additional features like Lightning Lane passes or add restaurant reservations if you’d like to make the most of your EPCOT adventure.

Join the Adventure

Ashley &amp; Michael plan to begin their EPCOT adventure with a blast off on Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind with a Lightning Lane pass beginning at 3:15 PM, then make their way to Canada around 4:00 PM to begin their journey “around the world.”&nbsp; There’s no official schedule for the evening — feel free to join the fun at any point or explore EPCOT at your own pace!

Wedding Day Updates

Ashley and Mike's first photo together at Disney World in the EPCOT Italy Pavilion. For Ashley and Michael, Disney has always been more than just a theme park — it's been a place where magic, memories, and love have flourished. It all started on March 31, 2018, at an Orlando City Soccer game, where they met through friends of friends. Just a few weeks later, on April 26, 2018, they officially became a couple, and their journey together began with a trip to Disney two days later — a sign of the many special memories to come. Disney became the backdrop for their love story, from their first visit together in 2018 to countless visits since. But it wasn’t just the rides and parades that made Disney so special to them; it was the moments they shared in a place filled with joy and possibility. In 2019, Michael surprised Ashley with the perfect Christmas gift — a golden retriever puppy they named Gaston, who joined their family alongside Bella, Michael’s golden retriever. Their growing fur-family quickly became part of their Disney-inspired world of happiness and adventure. When it came time for Michael to propose, there was no other place in the world that felt right. On July 13, 2024, in the Italy Pavilion at EPCOT, Michael asked Ashley to be his forever, with a ring that had deep meaning — it belonged to his grandmother, who was born and raised in Trieste, Italy. Surrounded by the magic of Disney, their proposal was everything they had dreamed of: a beautiful blend of love, family, and their shared love for all things Disney. For Ashley and Michael, Disney represents more than just a place — it’s where they began their journey, where they’ve created lasting memories, and where they’ll continue their happily ever after.

Discounted full day park hopper tickets can also be purchased by clicking on the website link below. Reservations are required for entry to most Disney theme parks. It is recommended to make a reservation to EPCOT for the International Food Festival on October 18th to ensure your entry by linking theme park tickets to your MyDisneyExperience account.
