Our ceremony will take place at Greenfield Hill Congregational Church located at 1045 Old Academy Road in Fairfield, CT. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM. Guests may park in the parking lot or along the street.

The reception will take place at The Stone Barn at Whitney Farms in Monroe, Connecticut. The address is 175 Shelton Road, Route 10, Monroe, CT, 06468. The reception will be from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Transportation will be provided to and from the reception from the hotel.

Fairfield County is the southernmost county in Connecticut, and the one nearest to New York City. It borders Long Island Sound. The area of Greenfield Hill and the Greenfield Hill Congregational Church (where the wedding will take place) is very historical as are Fairfield and the Southport section of town.

The town of Fairfield was founded in 1639. The current population is over 60,000 people. It is located on the Long Island Sound between the cities of Bridgeport and Westport. It is part of what is called Coastal Connecticut. It has several public beaches and many historical homes and structures.

Fairfield is located about 50 miles from Manhattan and is, literally, just a train ride away. The Metro North commuter railway has stations up and down the Connecticut coast, including Fairfield, with frequent trains scheduled to travel in and out of New York City using the Grand Central Station Terminal. More information regarding Metro North is included in the "Things to Do" section of the website. We are also about three hours from downtown Boston-another great city to visit.

Jay and I will be at breakfast at the hotel on Sunday, June 12, 2016 from 8:30 AM-10:30 AM to visit with all of our guests. We would love for you to join us before beginning your travels.
