3-10pm

Attire: Cocktail

Examples: Fall colors like rust, maroon, goldenrod, brown, and deep red are welcome but not necessary. While style is important, shoes should be able to walk on soft grass, packed dirt, and concrete, as well as be comfortable enough for an evening of dancing!

3pm - Arrival/Parking

Upon arrival to the property, everyone will be directed to park across the road from the barn, near where the ceremony will be held. The ceremony site is also the drop-off location for those taking the shuttle. In case of rain, all guests should instead park in the grass lot next to the barn. Rain or shine, there will be signage and parking attendants when you arrive to make sure you know where to go.

3:30pm - Ceremony

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors on the hilltop across the road from the barn, beginning at 3:30pm. After the ceremony, guests who drove themselves will return to their cars and be directed down the hill to park in the grassy lot adjacent to the barn. Those taking the shuttle will return to the shuttle and be dropped off at the barn.

4-10pm - Reception

The reception will follow at the barn with hors d'oeuvres, dinner, dessert, and a selection of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. We can’t wait to dance the night away with everyone!

Cocktail Hour & Dinner

We are over the moon to have the food for our wedding provided by Farmer’s Market Pizza! For cocktail hour, there will be a decadent grazing table along with complimentary beer, wine and mixed drinks provided. Dinner will be a variety of wood-fired ciabatta style pizzas along with a salad bar. The pizzas will be made on site using their mobile brick-oven. Upon special request, pizzas can be made gluten-free and vegan to accommodate all guests with dietary restrictions.

Dessert

Dessert will be provided by Ben & Jerry’s complete with 4 flavors of ice cream to choose from, including a non-dairy/vegan flavor, as well all the fixings for making sundaes. There will also be “Whoopie Chips” provided by Farmer’s Market Pizza along with tea and coffee.
