WHEN AND HOW SHOULD I RSVP?

We ask that all guests RSVP by August 19th, 2024. You can RSVP for you and names that are listed with yours that we invited in via our "RSVP" page. We also ask you to share any allergies or dietary restrictions.

AM I ALLOWED TO BRING A PLUS ONE?

We ask that only those whose names are listed on your mailed invitation (and shown online when you RSVP) attend our wedding. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out directly to Ashley and/or Wes.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE FOR THE CEREMONY?

Our ceremony start time is 4:20pm, so we ask that our guests either take the hotel shuttle or if driving to arrive at least 15-20 minutes beforehand to ensure they have enough time to park their vehicle and find their seats before the ceremony starts.

IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE NEAR THE WEDDING VENUE?

Yes, free parking will be available to all guests on-site. Upon arrival, you will be directed by an attendant for parking.

IS THERE A WEDDING REGISTRY?

Sure is! More information can be found on the "Our Registry" page.

HAS A BLOCK OF ROOMS BEEN RESERVED AT A LOCAL HOTEL?

Yes, we've reserved rooms for our guests at the Holiday Inn! More information can be found on the "Travel" page. If the block is full please let Ashley and/or Wes know!

IS THERE A DRESS CODE I SHOULD FOLLOW?

Please join us in celebrating this joyous occasion by dressing in cocktail or semi-formal attire, and please avoid wearing any white, off-white, or similar colors. And if you want to wear a sparkle please make sure it’s a little dash of it or very subtle! :) We can't wait to share this special day with you in style!

IS THE WEDDING INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors (weather permitting), and then the reception will be held in a wonderful tent!

WHAT TYPE OF FOOD WILL BE SERVED AT THE WEDDING?

There will be a variety of passed hors d'oeuvres to choose from during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet dinner. Please be sure to let us know if you have an allergies or dietary restrictions for each guest in your party when you RSVP.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Yes, an open bar will be available, but we ask that all of our guests please drink responsibly! ;)
