Ashley and TJ met while enjoying a night out with friends in Mount Pleasant, MI where they both attended Central Michigan University. The two officially started dating in May of 2017.

After graduation, they started traveling together as much as possible. It started with a weekend road trip to Chicago and then headed to Philadelphia to see an Eagles game - GO BIRDS! Their first big trip together was flying out to Colorado to visit TJs cousin Tony. Immediately they both fell in love with the state and continued to visit over the next few years, longer and longer each time.

After talking about it after every trip, Ashely and TJ finally decided to pack their bags and move out to Colorado in the summer of 2021.

For the first year or so they called Golden, CO their new home while trying to decide if Colorado was a long-term move. Then in January of 2022, they adopted the worlds cutest little lab mix named Zion and decided to give him his own backyard. In February of 2023 they purchased their first house in Arvada, CO.

The two now spend their free time enjoying the mountains, both on hikes and while relaxing on their deck with Zion. They wouldn't have it any other way!
