Date, Time, Location: Both the ceremony and reception will be held at San Ramon Waters which is located in San Ramon Golf Club. Address is 9430 Fircrest Lane, San Ramon, CA 94583. The ceremony will start at 5:00pm pst on Thursday, March 26th 2026 followed by cocktail hour and the reception. The event will be ending at 11:00pm. The ceremony will be held outdoors and reception indoors.
When do I have to RSVP by? RSVP deadline has passed and was February 28th, if we did not hear from you by that date, we assume you're unable to attend and we will miss celebrating with you!
What time should I arrive? We invite guests to arrive between 4:30–4:45 PM to get settled before our 5:00 PM ceremony begins.
Weather: Although we cannot predict the weather, we are hoping for clear skies so our ceremony can take place outdoors as desired. Temperatures around this time are typically moderately chilly and mid-60s to low 70s. The ceremony will be outdoors, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap.
Accessibility: The venue is 100% wheelchair accessible.
Dress Code: The dress code for our wedding is cocktail/semi-formal
Parking: Parking at San Ramon Waters is plentiful with large parking lots at the front and back of the location.

Kids: We're having a most adults-only celebration (except for our tiny VIP crew), so put your dancing shoes on and enjoy a kid-free night!
Photos: We welcome you to take as many photos as you desire throughout the day! We just ask that during the ceremony, you please put your phones and cameras away so everyone can be fully present with us. There will be a photo booth open from 7-10PM, so please take as many pictures as you'd like!
Food and Drinks: We will have food and drinks available throughout the event. After the wedding ceremony, we will be serving a variety of appetizers accompanied by an open bar. Dinner will consist of a three entree buffet with a range of sides and carving station. The bar will be open for the duration of the event which includes signature cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits. Individual sweet treats will be available in addition to the wedding cake.
Gifts? Your presence is the greatest gift! If you wish to give something more, registry details can be found under the “Registry” tab. We will have a able for cards and gifts.
What time does it end? The reception ends promptly at 11:00pm.
The Morning After: We won't be ready to say goodbye just yet! If you'll be in town the morning after the wedding, we'd love to see you for a casual get-together. We're planning to meet up for brunch on Friday, March 27th at The Hyatt to visit with our loved ones before we go our separate ways. We've reserved the social gathering space there and will have an assortment of breakfast bites (including sweets and savory items), coffee and drinks. This will start at 11:45am and end at 1:45pm.
