How We MetOur story begins back at&nbsp;Gilroy High School, where a chance meeting due to a mix up with electives would mark the start of a n upcoming bond. We weren’t exactly high school sweethearts, but it was the beginning of a beautiful friendship. Little did we know that one day we’d not only fall for each other, but build a life together.After high school, fate threw us together again when we started working at a couple of outlet jobs. And there we were—spending long shifts side-by-side, laughing, getting to know each other better, and realizing that what we had was more than just good teamwork.Now, 11 years later, we both work in title &amp; escrow, still tackling challenges and celebrating victories side-by-side as adults.The ProposalFast forward to this past Valentine’s Day, when Zach, in his romantic (and slightly sneaky) way, decided it was time to make everything official. In the most heartfelt way, he&nbsp;re-proposed&nbsp;to me—this time with a clear mission: to set the date and make it all come together. Of course, I said "yes" all over again, as if I hadn't already been saying "yes" to him for over a decade!Our Favorite ThingsWe’re not just partners in life, but partners in crime—whether we’re at the beach hunting for shells, exploring new places with our two fur babies, or getting flour and sugar everywhere in the kitchen while baking a new recipe we just had to try. Our dogs, who are truly our world, are always by our side—on every car ride, every adventure, and every cozy night in.Baking together is our thing. It's our little tradition—something that started as simple as finding something Ashley could enjoy too, with her dietary restrictions, and quickly turned into a full-on passion. What’s NextFrom high school halls to beach strolls, from awkward first days at work to long, meaningful conversations in our kitchen, we’ve built something so beautiful—and we’re just getting started. We couldn’t be more excited to begin this new chapter together as husband and wife. We are so grateful for the love and support of our friends and family over the past decade, and we can’t wait to celebrate with all of you.

We’re so lucky to be surrounded by such amazing people on our special day! On Zach’s side, he’s joined by his two brothers, Eric and Joseph, and his (step)brother, Cameron. On Ashley's side, she is honored to stand with her two lifelong best friends, Danielle and Tania, along with Zach’s wonderful (step)sister, Taylor. We couldn’t imagine celebrating without them by our side!

Date, Time, Location: Both the ceremony and reception will be held at San Ramon Waters which is located in San Ramon Golf Club. Address is 9430 Fircrest Lane, San Ramon, CA 94583. The ceremony will start at 5:00pm pst on Thursday, March 26th 2026 followed by cocktail hour and the reception. The event will be ending at 11:00pm. The ceremony will be held outdoors and reception indoors. When do I have to RSVP by? RSVP deadline has passed and was February 28th, if we did not hear from you by that date, we assume you're unable to attend and we will miss celebrating with you! What time should I arrive? We invite guests to arrive between 4:30–4:45 PM to get settled before our 5:00 PM ceremony begins. Weather: Although we cannot predict the weather, we are hoping for clear skies so our ceremony can take place outdoors as desired. Temperatures around this time are typically moderately chilly and mid-60s to low 70s. The ceremony will be outdoors, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or wrap. Accessibility: The venue is 100% wheelchair accessible. Dress Code: The dress code for our wedding is cocktail/semi-formal Parking: Parking at San Ramon Waters is plentiful with large parking lots at the front and back of the location. Please note the deadlines to RSVP with the discounted rate for both hotels are as follows: Hyatt San Ramon: 2/11/26. AC Hotel Pleasanton: 2/26/26. Kids: We're having a most adults-only celebration (except for our tiny VIP crew), so put your dancing shoes on and enjoy a kid-free night! Photos: We welcome you to take as many photos as you desire throughout the day! We just ask that during the ceremony, you please put your phones and cameras away so everyone can be fully present with us. There will be a photo booth open from 7-10PM, so please take as many pictures as you'd like! Food and Drinks: We will have food and drinks available throughout the event. After the wedding ceremony, we will be serving a variety of appetizers accompanied by an open bar. Dinner will consist of a three entree buffet with a range of sides and carving station. The bar will be open for the duration of the event which includes signature cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits. Individual sweet treats will be available in addition to the wedding cake. Gifts? Your presence is the greatest gift! If you wish to give something more, registry details can be found under the “Registry” tab. We will have a able for cards and gifts. What time does it end? The reception ends promptly at 11:00pm. The Morning After: We won't be ready to say goodbye just yet! If you'll be in town the morning after the wedding, we'd love to see you for a casual get-together. We're planning to meet up for brunch on Friday, March 27th at The Hyatt to visit with our loved ones before we go our separate ways. We've reserved the social gathering space there and will have an assortment of breakfast bites (including sweets and savory items), coffee and drinks. This will start at 11:45am and end at 1:45pm. We've reserved 2 hotel blocks in total. The first being Hyatt House San Ramon that had a discounted rate through February 11th. For the second, we reserved a block of rooms at the AC Hotel Pleasanton for our wedding stay. We recommend booking as quickly as possible, as availability is limited. All rooms need to be booked by February 26, 2026, in order to utilize our discounted rate. AC Hotel has also agreed to waive parking fees for all of our guests that book through our link.
