All of the wedding weekend events will be held at the Waynesville Inn & Golf Club in Waynesville, NC.

Absolutely! We have additional room blocks available for Friday, May 22 for guests who want to arrive early and enjoy a relaxing evening on-site at the Inn or explore downtown Waynesville.

Rooms for all guests can be booked starting May 26, 2025. When booking, please use the link provided under the “Lodging & Travel” section. Reservations can be made online via the link, or by calling the venue directly and then providing the block code.

The Waynesville Inn & Golf Club offers three beautiful on-site lodges: The Historic Inn (main lodge), Golf View Lodge, and the Brookside Lodge. Larger families will find the Golf View Lodge ideal, as it offers connecting rooms. The Brookside Lodge offers a third option for guests looking for a more private, quieter stay with a motel-chic atmosphere. Golf carts will be available for transportation to and from the Golf View Lodge for your convenience. Room pricing will vary depending on your chosen lodge and room type.

From 6:30–10:00 PM, there will be a welcome reception for all guests outside on the Grill Patio (located on-site). Heavy hors d’oeuvres will be served, with beer and wine available from 6:30–10:00 PM. The menu will include Caesar salad, fried chicken sliders, smoked Gouda mac and cheese, pimento cheese fritters, and bacon jam with goat cheese crostinis. Dessert offerings will feature chocolate torte and a s’mores station by the fire pit!

Dressy casual and comfy! Ladies, a nice dress or skirt and top is perfect. Gentlemen, collared shirts with khakis or dress pants work great. The vibe is polished but relaxed. It may get chilly in the evening, so we recommend bringing a light jacket or cardigan.

The ceremony will begin at 4:00 PM on the Event Lawn at the Waynesville Inn & Golf Club. Following the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour starting at 5:00 PM on the Grill Patio onsite. The reception will begin at 6:00 PM on the Event Lawn under a tent, with a buffet-style dinner starting at 6:45 PM. All types of alcohol will be provided from 5:00–10:00 PM. From 10:00 PM–midnight, we will have a late-night gathering/party at Watershed Tavern, also located on-site. Drinks at Watershed Tavern will be available for purchase.

Formal attire, please. Ladies, full-length gowns or elegant cocktail dresses are perfect. Gentlemen, suits and ties are requested. Note for the ladies: The ceremony and reception will be on a lawn — dressy flats or block heels and wedges are ideal for walking on grass and uneven ground.

Checkout at the Waynesville Inn & Golf Club is by 11:00 AM on Monday, May 25, 2025. Please plan your departure accordingly. A buffet-style breakfast will be available for purchase in the main dining room at the Historic Inn (main lodge) on-site, prior to checkout.
