The Waynesville Inn & Golf Club will serve as the home base for our wedding weekend, with all events taking place on-site from May 23–25, 2026. For those who would like to arrive early and kick off the festivities, additional room blocks are available starting Friday, May 22.

We’ve reserved the entire lodging on site and encourage guests to stay within our room block. Booking within the block helps us meet our reservation commitment and keeps everyone together for the weekend.

Our room block includes three lodges: Historic Lodge, Golf View Lodge, and Brookside Lodge. We kindly ask that guests do not book the four cottages, as they are not part of our block.

Please book as soon as possible, as rooms will begin to fill up as the date approaches. Rates vary and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. No payment is required upfront, though a card will be needed to hold your reservation.

Reservations can be made online using the link below or by calling the venue directly and providing our block code. If you notice limited availability when booking online, please call the venue — the event coordinator can assist you and release additional rooms as needed.
