What is the timeline for the day?

Where are the ceremony and reception taking place?

Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place at the same venue:&nbsp;Emerald Pines Barn. We will be having an outdoor ceremony, followed by dinner and dancing inside the venue. There will also be outdoor lawn games, a bonfire, and a special appearance by the Crabgrass Crew!

What happens after the ceremony?

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking a party bus around Sioux Falls for an hour. Guests&nbsp;are welcome to enjoy drinks,&nbsp;appetizers, and outdoor games&nbsp;during this cocktail hour!&nbsp;

Can I bring a plus one?

Unless we have accounted for them on your RSVP, please do not bring a plus one. You may reach out to the bride and groom to discuss adding a plus one, but please keep in mind that we have little-to-no wiggle room&nbsp;on our&nbsp;guest list given both of&nbsp;our large families&nbsp;and&nbsp;limited venue seating. Thank you for your understanding &lt;3

Can I bring my children?

Unless we have accounted for them on your RSVP, please do not bring your children.&nbsp;While we would love for all of our friends' and families'&nbsp;children to be invited, we had to make some tough decisions with our guest list given both of&nbsp;our large families&nbsp;and&nbsp;limited venue seating. Thank you for your understanding &lt;3

When is the RSVP deadline?

The RSVP deadline is June 24th. Please try to RSVP as early&nbsp;as possible (using our wedding website)&nbsp;to avoid us having to&nbsp;hunt&nbsp;you down at the last minute&nbsp;;) Thank you in advance!

Will you be having an open bar?

Starting at&nbsp;cocktail hour, we will begin serving&nbsp;complimentary kegs and wine, as well as unlimited pop, water,&nbsp;and a coffee bar&nbsp;the entire evening&nbsp;for our guests! When the complimentary&nbsp;kegs&nbsp;and wine&nbsp;run out (which hopefully shouldn't be for a long time), there will still&nbsp;be&nbsp;a cash bar available. We will also have complimentary lemonade and&nbsp;punch&nbsp;with dinner&nbsp;for extra drink options as well.&nbsp;While we may not be having a fully&nbsp;open bar, we still want to treat our guests to some free drinks to get the party going :)

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

There is a free parking lot right outside the venue with 177 parking spots. If you have a little too much fun and need to leave your car there overnight, you are welcome to do so!&nbsp;The front gate will close at 1:00am and reopen at 8:00am on Sunday, and the venue&nbsp;prefers all cars to be out by noon.

What COVID precautions are you taking?

There are currently no social distancing or masking policies for our venue. The barn&nbsp;is very spacious,&nbsp;and there is an abundance of outdoor area for social distancing if needed. We will&nbsp;have hand sanitizers&nbsp;at every table, and guests may also bring masks if they wish!&nbsp;However, please keep in mind that our estimated guest attendance&nbsp;is 300&nbsp;people.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Absolutely! Please use our wedding&nbsp;hashtag #LoveYouToPierces when posting about our special day so we can keep track of all your pictures!
