Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place at the same venue: Emerald Pines Barn. We will be having an outdoor ceremony, followed by dinner and dancing inside the venue. There will also be outdoor lawn games, a bonfire, and a special appearance by the Crabgrass Crew!

After the ceremony, the wedding party will be taking a party bus around Sioux Falls for an hour. Guests are welcome to enjoy drinks, appetizers, and outdoor games during this cocktail hour!

Unless we have accounted for them on your RSVP, please do not bring a plus one. You may reach out to the bride and groom to discuss adding a plus one, but please keep in mind that we have little-to-no wiggle room on our guest list given both of our large families and limited venue seating. The RSVP deadline is June 24th. Please try to RSVP as early as possible (using our wedding website) to avoid us having to hunt you down at the last minute ;) Thank you in advance!

Starting at cocktail hour, we will begin serving complimentary kegs and wine, as well as unlimited pop, water, and a coffee bar the entire evening for our guests! When the complimentary kegs and wine run out (which hopefully shouldn't be for a long time), there will still be a cash bar available. We will also have complimentary lemonade and punch with dinner for extra drink options as well. While we may not be having a fully open bar, we still want to treat our guests to some free drinks to get the party going :)

There is a free parking lot right outside the venue with 177 parking spots. If you have a little too much fun and need to leave your car there overnight, you are welcome to do so! The front gate will close at 1:00am and reopen at 8:00am on Sunday, and the venue prefers all cars to be out by noon.

There are currently no social distancing or masking policies for our venue. The barn is very spacious, and there is an abundance of outdoor area for social distancing if needed. We will have hand sanitizers at every table, and guests may also bring masks if they wish! However, please keep in mind that our estimated guest attendance is 300 people.
