While this suggestion is tailored to your personal travel plans, we recommend arriving a few days before the wedding date to acclimate yourself with the time difference. We will be hosting a Welcome Party the day before the wedding, to which all guests are invited.

October in Mallorca is beautiful! Expect highs in the high to mid 70s and lows around 60. We recommend bringing a jacket or shawl for nighttime.

Ubers are available on a limited basis, but your best bet is to ask the hotel receptionist to call a taxi for you. Taxis are also readily accessible at the airport in the designated taxi area. We will keep you posted about timings and locations of the pick up points.

We encourage you to rent a car as it will make traveling through Mallorca much easier, though it is not necessary, as shuttles will be provided to and from the wedding. we recommended you rent if you plan to explore Mallorca before/after the wedding. Keep in mind other guests and perhaps you can carpool! You can easily find a rental agency at the airport but there are several locations nearby. We suggest you book this in advance.

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on your invitation. Your invitation will be made out to “ {Your name} & Guest” if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us. We are requesting black-tie attire. Ladies, both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors (cobblestone and grassy areas), please take this into account when choosing your heels! Weather permitting we will be outside most of the night.

We have found it easiest to bring a debit card and take money out of an ATM once we leave the airport. You can also get Euro from your local bank in the United States though this can take a few days and sometimes up to a week, so plan ahead. Whatever you do, don't exchange money at the airport!
