The closest airport to fly into is Denver International Airport.

From here you can either take the airport train to Union Station, and beyond. This is definitely the cheapest option on getting from/to the airport. To get tickets you can either download the RTD app, or I believe there is a kiosk near the train.

You can also rent a car or take an Uber/Lyft to the hotel you chose, and a free shuttle bus will take you to and from the wedding venue.

How do we get to the wedding venue?

We will have 2 shuttle buses that will take you to/from the Hampton Inn hotel (137 Union Blvd, Lakewood, CO 80228). They will both leave the hotel around 2pm. As for the return, one will leave around 8pm and the other will stay until the end (10pm). You do not need to stay at the hotel in order to take the shuttle bus.

Do we have to rent a car?

No, Lyft and Uber are very common around Denver. You can easily get anywhere using them if you download the Lyft or Uber app. You can also take the train (lightrail) for $10! See below for more info. Depending on timing, a Lyft/Uber from the airport to the hotel we blocked will be around $60 - $150 one way. You can schedule this ahead of time to get a better idea for pricing. There will be a shuttle bus to get you to/from the venue. If you want to go for a little train adventure, you can get from the airport to the hotels for $10. It will take about 1.5 hours and it is about a 0.7 mile walk from the train station to the hotel. You will also have to transfer train lines at Union station from A line (airport line) to W line (Jeffco). If you put it in google it will tell you exactly what to do :)

The first 3 hotels listed below are within the same plaza. The 4th hotel (Fairfield Inn) is located just across the street from them. We were only able to get hotel blocks at the Hampton Inn and Fairfield Inn. We will have the shuttle bus pickup/drop off outside the Hampton Inn.
