How is the weather in Mammoth Lakes this time of year?

Daytime temperatures range from mid-30s to 50s °F, with freezing temperatures at night. Snowfall is still VERY possible and there WILL be snow on the mountain. Please pack accordingly and carry snow chains for your vehicle!

Will the ceremony be outdoors?

Yes, the 30-minute ceremony will take place outdoors at McCoy station. The venue is located mid-mountain on the ski resort, so please dress prepared for near freezing temperatures. (*Indoor reception to follow!)

What should I wear?

Formal or semi-formal attire, please. Green is reserved for the wedding party. Thermals, sweaters / jackets, water-resistant shoes, gloves and/or scarves are highly recommended. *You WILL walk across shallow snow! Please, no high heels or open-toed shoes!

Do I have to ride the Gondola?

YES! To get to ceremony & reception venue (McCoy Station), you will have to ride the Gondola departing from Main Lodge. The ride is complementary for our guests. There are no alternative routes. Please arrive promptly at 5pm.

Is discount lodging available?

Yes. Discount lodging will be available until February 25th, 2026. Space is limited! Click the Discount Lodging tab for more details.

Can I bring my kid(s) or a +1?

Unfortunately, no. We kindly ask that no additional guests, including children or +1s, are brought to the event unless they are listed by the bride & groom on your RSVP. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you.

Do you have a gift registry?

We do not have a traditional gift registry. Instead, if you wish to give a gift we are graciously accepting contributions toward our Honeymoon Fund ☀️👙🩳🧉🍹🏝️
