Clyde although beloved is in the middle of nowhere Ohio. This leaves options a bit limited. We recommend the following cities should you want to venture outside of Clyde for lodging: | Port Clinton, OH | Approximately 14.5 miles north of Clyde, Port Clinton sits along the shores of Lake Erie. It's known for its marinas, ferry access to the Lake Erie Islands, and beautiful waterfront parks. | Sandusky, OH | About 17 miles northeast of Clyde, Sandusky is a vibrant city on Lake Erie, famous for Cedar Point amusement park, sandy beaches, and a bustling waterfront district. | Marblehead, OH | Located roughly 20 miles northeast of Clyde, Marblehead is a charming village on the Marblehead Peninsula, offering stunning lake views and the historic Marblehead Lighthouse. | Huron, OH | Approximately 25 miles northeast of Clyde, Huron is a serene lakeside town featuring a scenic harbor, beaches, and the Huron Pier and Lighthouse. These destinations are all within a 30-minute drive from Clyde and provide delightful waterfront experiences for your visit.

The ceremony will be outside, but if it is raining or stormy, we will have an inside backup plan. No wedding dresses, of course. What you wear is entirely up to you, but wear whatever makes you feel like your cutest self.
