Paul and Ashliegh's&nbsp;paths crossed at a Karaoke Bar in&nbsp;St. Paul, Minnesota right before Paul's 36th birthday. Ashliegh was at the bar having a&nbsp;&nbsp;girls' night&nbsp;with her friends, Brit and Rebecca. It wasn't until the girls were leaving the bar that Paul first saw Ashliegh and invited her and her friends back into the&nbsp;bar&nbsp;for a drink. They spent the night talking and dancing and Paul asked Ashliegh for a date. They met up about a week later and the rest is history!&nbsp;

Ashliegh and Whitney met in 2011 when they both worked for the same company in Grand Forks,&nbsp;ND. They became fast friends and have spent many Fourth of Julys together at Ashliegh's family lake home in Minnesota. Ashliegh's favorite memories with Whitney include meeting Whitney's children when they were born, especially seeing Whitney hold her daughter&nbsp;Aubrey for the first time in the NICU in Minneapolis after baby Aubrey was airlifted from&nbsp;Grand Forks to Minneapolis for urgent care.&nbsp;

Nestled in the mountains of Anamuya, this tour offers a chance to interrelate and observe monkeys in their natural environment. Meanwhile you're enjoying spectacular views of the countryside. This is an unforgettable experience for all ages.

Begin your tour entering the lovely botanical garden, where you learn about the native plants and flowers of Anamuya. The following 45 minutes is catered to a guided tour that allows you to interact in close proximity with beautiful and friendly squirrel monkeys. These lovely and intelligent mammals have been trained by a Canadian couple with 35 years of experience working with animals, including 12 years at the Toronto Zoo teaching monkeys to trust and enjoy the company of humans.



This excursion is for all ages and is based in 5 acres of a beautiful portion of land which monkeys have made their home. These monkeys have become totally trusting to human contact. They climb down from the trees to sit on your shoulders and eat from your hands. They enjoy checking out jewelry and sunglasses too. These monkeys even love to pose for the camera and sit to watch themselves on its screen.



Continue your tour through the eastern mountain range until you reach a colorful village, where you visit a typical home to sample fresh organic coffee, cacao, and tropical fruits. At the end of this utterly enjoyable and amazing tour, you have the opportunity to browse through the Monkey Land gift store.

Monkey Land Safari

With expert guidance and high-quality gear, sail out into the water and on this relaxing half-day excursion in Punta Cana. Nibble on some food and sip some drinks, but keep an eye out for a giant marlin or sailfish that just might take the bait.

Known for its world-class fishing, the area around the Dominican Republic is home to big game fish such as marlin, grouper, and sailfish, among others. Sail with experienced local fishing guides as you search the water in hopes of landing the big one, and let your captain charter you to local fishing hotspots as well as some secretive locations.



This half-day tour is perfect for both the beginning anglers and seasoned veterans. Nibble on some snacks and cool off with some cold beverages as you wait for those clever sea creatures to bite. Return to your hotel after seeing some prized fish, with a full belly and a camera full of memories.

Gone Fishing in Punta Cana

Satiate your deepest curiosities about marine life during a swim adventure to become acquainted with the dolphins of the Caribbean Sea. Immerse yourself in an underwater world as you swim and play with smart aquatic mammals while picking up fascinating information from well-informed guides.

Get picked up from your Punta Cana hotel and head straight for the picturesque location the dolphins call home. Dolphin Swim Adventure

Cruise through an emerald abyss as you explore the forest canopies of Punta Cana by zipline. Spread out over 8 segments, this exhilarating zipline course has plenty to offer for those who want sweeping views of the Dominican Republic's rolling hills and distant mountains.

Leave Punta Cana aboard an air-conditioned safari truck, and make the winding drive up into the mountains. At the welcome center, go over basic safety information and get fitted for a harness and helmet before you head to your first platform to prepare for your ride. Climb to the top, hook on to your first line, and leap off when you get the green light from your instructor.



Glide across 8 ziplines that stretch between 15 platforms, enjoying bird's eye views along the way. Snap selfies between rides and find out just how fast you can go on a zipline that stretches 2,500 feet (762 m) before it brings you to a graceful stop. At the end of the day, take a break with some fresh fruit and something cold to drink, and then catch a comfortable back down to to Punta Cana and your hotel.

Choose to start your adventure flying along a zip line, and then cool off at the famous Hoyo Azul, a combination that is only made better by a delicious Dominican-style lunch. Afterward, you could choose to end your adventure by exploring the natural wonders of the Iguabonita Cave.
