Q + A

Arrival and Departure Time:

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Unfortunately, if you arrive late, you will not be permitted into the ceremony site. It is highly recommended that you arrive at least 20 minutes early. As much as the Bride & Groom would love to celebrate all night long, they request that all guests have departed prior to 10pm.

Attire:

The Wollinger-Stutz wedding is a formal event. The Bride & Groom encourage their guests to seize the opportunity to put on that dress and heels, suit and tie and join them in celebrating their marriage. You are more than welcome to bring out the black-tie tuxedo, however this is not necessary. They kindly ask that you do not wear jeans, shorts or short sleeve shirts. In addition, the Bride has requested that guest refrain from wearing the colors of sage green, eucalyptus green, blue, white and champagne.

Ceremony Location and Weather:

It is Colorado and it is March – the Bride & Groom do plan on having our ceremony outside, however on the chances that there is heavy weather or frigid temperatures, there is an indoor ceremony location on site. Please plan accordingly. The weather in Colorado is incredibly unpredictable, thus being unable to provide an accurate answer on what the weather will be like. It could be sunny and warm; it could have some snow. March is the end of our winter, beginning of spring, but sometimes Colorado sees snow as late as May. This history of March in Colorado has the temperature around 47.1 degrees Fahrenheit.

Cocktail Hour and Reception:

Following the conclusion of the ceremony, you will be guided into the cocktail hour. There will be an open bar and hors d’oevres for you to enjoy! Luckily for you, the cocktail hour and reception will be in the same location! The Bride & Groom kindly ask that you refrain from placing personal belonging on the tables and chairs during this time – please place them under the table!

With this, your invitation and RSVP will identify how many people are included/invited. If your invitation has a ‘plus-one’, you will be instructed to provide their information on their RSVP. If your children are invited, the same will apply. The Bride & Groom encourage parents to use our wedding as an opportunity to enjoy your time as a couple.

Dietary Restrictions:

The Bride & Groom recognize that there a number of dietary restrictions out there and they want to respect those to the best of their ability. Photos:

The Bride & Groom would love for their guests to take as many pictures as they please to remember this celebration. However, during the ceremony they ask that you refrain from taking photos with your phone or other devices. They have ensured that there will be plenty of time for other photo opportunities! The celebration will be well documented by the talented husband and wife team from Britni Girard Photography.

Gifts:

The Bride & Groom do have a registry and we will love any and all physical gifts. However, the best gift they could be given is your presence. They recognize that many of you have traveled a fair distance just to join them! If you insist on providing a gift, they have created a registry and a honeymoon fund.

Change In Mailing Address:

In efforts to ensure that all guests receive important event information, the Bride & Groom have requested that if your mailing address needs to be updated that you contact the Bride directly. Reminder that if you do not provide updated information, mailed correspondence may be untimely/not received.
