Can I bring my own alcohol?
Yes, but there are some strict rules!
• No alcohol may be consumed anywhere on the property (inside or outside) until the bartender arrives.
• BYOB is allowed, but it cannot be opened or consumed until the bartender is present.
• Once the bartender leaves, any remaining alcohol must be taken immediately to your vehicle (or someone else’s), and security must witness it.
• No drinking in the parking lot at any time.
• IDs will be checked for everyone — don’t forget yours!
• No premade shots and no shots at all, even from the bar.
• No alcohol may be brought into the bar area after bar service starts.
• Liquor is allowed, but mixed drinks can only be made by the bartender unless they are prepackaged.
• Doubles cannot be served by the bar.
violations result in a $1,000 fine to the bride and groom.
Will there be enough room for parking?
There will be more than enough room!
Is there any charge for parking?
No charge at all for parking!
Is A/C & heating included?

How many toilets will there be?
Up to 12!
Does Uber come to The Springs?
Yes! If anyone needs to Uber they may leave their vehicle at the venue for up to 24hrs. (It is to be noted that Uber will need to be called 45 minutes before the ride is needed.) If someone cannot afford an Uber then security will provide a ride for them to a local hotel.
Are plus ones allowed?
Absolutely! We encourage plus ones and assumed everyone would have at least one plus one.
What date should I RSVP by?
All that we ask is that you RSVP three weeks after getting your Save The Date. If you don’t, we will unfortunately have to assume that you are not coming and cannot accommodate you.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Absolutely! Double doors to open and very spacious rooms.
Will the wedding be indoor or outdoors?
Indoors! It’ll be December 31st! May even snow a little if we’re lucky. The ceremony will be held in the chapel.
Where will the reception be held?
Right next door! Guests can walk on a paved pathway to get to the next building.
Have you gotten in contact with either me (Aubrey), Alison, or Tristan about a hotel block?
We encourage out of town guests to arrange their own accommodations. We have information on our website under “Local Hotels” for hotels that are near the venue, if you are needing one. We will not be making a hotel block due to the amount of guests and everyone’s budget being different. Although we cannot accommodate everyone’s hotel and each must pay at their own expense, we ask that if you are drinking that you do not drive home. You may leave your car at the venue for up to 24 hours.
What should you wear?
Our dress code is all black attire! Not only will this create a cohesive and striking visual for our photos, but it will also foster a sense of unity and togetherness, making everyone feel like an integral part of something truly special.
Are you allowed to take photos at the wedding ceremony?
Not exactly. We’re going to be unplugged.. partially. There will be a designated time for you to snap your pics, don’t worry, but until that happens? We request that you please let the photographers and videographers do their jobs. No cameras, No phones.
Do you have a wedding hashtag?
Yes! Our wedding hashtag is #CountDownToSchwartz
Wait, but I have more questions, who do I contact for the answer?
I can answer any questions you may have! Just shoot me a text (918)991-4475 Aubrey-The bride to be!
What time should I arrive?
We hope to start the ceremony on time. We recommend getting there by 4:00-4:15
How will I know where to go when I get there?
Don’t worry! We will have plenty of signage up to make sure everyone knows where to go.
Will the reception and ceremony be held in the same place?
The ceremony will be held in the chapel, while the reception will be held in the dining hall. They are right next to each other, no need to travel to the next.

Weddings can be boring.
And we completely agree. We plan on having as much fun as possible to keep everyone happy and engaged. So what can you expect? Games! Cornhole, wedding shoe game, and lots of dancing. This will hopefully be not your average wedding. There will be a countdown to bring everyone into New Years with us so that we don’t lose track of time as well.
