The wedding venue is at the Olympic Village Event Center, adjacent to the Palisades Tahoe ski area base.

The ceremony will begin at 4pm, with the cocktail hour and reception following.

The dress code is cocktail attire.

The Ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting, with the reception indoors. The venue is located at 6200' so the evenings will get cooler as the night goes on.

The venue can be walked to from the Palisades Tahoe base area, and there is a large parking lot adjacent to the venue.
