Anthony and Audrey unofficially met in high school. They had a handful of classes together over those 4 years, but just really knew of each other and nothing more. Audrey went on to Jefferson College for her Associates in Business and then to Cosmetology School. After high school graduation Anthony eventually landed working with his dad at the family business. They never crossed paths until one day Anthony walked into Dunn’s Sporting Goods with his step-dad Rick where Audrey worked as a cashier. Rick and Anthony came to check out, buying a baseball cap, which Anthony still has. Audrey went on to graduate cosmetology school in July of 2019 and started her career at the salon she currently works at now. In July 2020 they went on their first date to Taytro’s and the rest was history. Anthony was quickly surrounded by people who have worked in law enforcement and furthered his interest into becoming a police officer. Some say it runs in the Lassing family. In December 2021 Anthony graduated from the Jefferson College Police Academy and officially started his dream career. He continues to surpass expectations and has become a great officer. Anthony has a 9 year old son, Brantley and a 6 year old daughter, Makinley. Together, along with the dogs, River and Kona, they are excited to become a family and continue to grow. Audrey and Anthony will be celebrating 5 years together and many more to come.
