We ask that you reserve your room by August 2nd. There is no fee for cancelling up to 24 hours beforehand if there are last minute changes.

We have a shuttle reserved for a pick up at 4:15pm from the hotel and will drop off at Pine Hollow for the ceremony. The shuttle will also be available after the reception for anyone who wants to go back to the hotel.
