Things to Do

We LOVE Birmingham and think you will too! If you want a fun morning downtown, we recommend going to Railroad Park. You can stop in at the Red Cat which is right by the park for coffee and breakfast and take it to the park if the weather is good.

If you are a craft beer lover, we highly recommend visiting Ghost Train, Good People or Trim Tab while you are in town. Or all three! These are our favorites, but there are many more in the area.

If you are looking for good shopping, head down 280 to the Summit. It is an easy drive from the hotel and has tons of options.

Below are links to places you may be interested in spending your free time! It's by no means exhaustive, Birmingham has so much to offer!

The Market at Pepper Place | Saturday Farmers Market

2829 2nd Ave S, Birmingham, AL 35205, USA

The Market is where Andrew and I reconnected, so it's a special place to us! Open every Saturday rain or shine from 7 am to noon. It's a great place to get coffee and breakfast on Saturday morning and shop around the local vendors shops. There is much more than just produce to look at!
