If you are parking at the DECC, hand the attendant your parking pass upon entering and park in the ramp. Travel to the Skywalk level (Level 2) and enter the Skywalk. Turn right upon entering the Skywalk (If you turn left, you will head to the Holiday Inn). You will continue straight down the hall until you run into a larger, round hallway with a staircase straight ahead. At that point, the Harbor Side Ballroom entrance will be the big silver doors to the right of the staircase. DO NOT go down the hallway to the right, as that will take you to the DECC arena. Upon entering the ballroom doors, travel to the 3rd floor via stairs or elevator.

If entering via the back of the building, use ENTRANCE G and take the stairs (or the elevator off to the right) up 1 floor. The Harbor Side Ballroom will be off the left through the big silver doors. Once entering through, travel to the third floor.
