Outdoor Beach Wedding on the Lake with Seating - Please be mindful of shoe wear since it is a Sandy Beach. Once the ceremony wraps up, the Bride and Groom will be off to the beach for about an hour, taking photos with the bridal party and close family. This is a great time for anyone who hasn’t checked into their hotel yet to do so and get settled in. Feel free to freshen up, relax, and get ready to kick off the fun! The reception doors will open at 5:00 PM, and we can’t wait to see you there! When you arrive, feel free to grab a drink and enjoy some cocktails at the open bar. 🍸 At 6:00 PM, we’ll be serving up an Olive Garden Buffet Feast—yes, you read that right! We’re bringing the classics: warm breadsticks, hearty pasta, and all your favorite Italian dishes. It’s going to be the perfect way to fuel up for a night of dancing and celebration! We’ve decided to call our wedding reception “The Oggscars”—a playful nod to our new last name and a fun twist on the glitz and glamour of the Oscars. It’s old Hollywood meets Vegas vibes, all set against the beautiful, natural backdrop of South Lake Tahoe, where nature and casinos blend perfectly. We encourage you to dress up and get into the spirit of the evening—think red carpet, vintage glam, or a bit of Vegas sparkle! But don’t feel pressured—what matters most is that you’re there, having fun, and comfortable. Whether you choose to shine in a tux or roll in your favorite casual outfit, the true gift is having you there to celebrate this moment with us.
