Round Hill Pines Resort at Zephyr Cove, NV. Ceremony will be held on the Beach so please be mindful of shoe wear.

The Venue at Tahoe, is on the second story above the CVS and Lucky Beaver on the strip at Stateline, South Lake Tahoe. It is in between Harrah's & Bally's. There are stairs and an elevator to get up to the venue.

It is only a 6 minute drive between both venues.

Yes there will be Free Parking available at both venues. Parking for the Reception is behind the Laub building/CVS. If you are staying on the strip (especially at any of the casinos or at the Margaritaville Hotel), it might be easier for you to drop your car off at your hotel and walk to the Reception Venue.

Since we are throwing a Themed Reception, we would love it if everyone played dress up and dressed your best. (We are not expecting everyone in Tux's & Ballgowns, but if you'd like to be extra, please be extra!) We also understand if you choose comfortability over style - you being there to celebrate is most important to us!

We are going to have a big Italian Feast from The Olive Garden with various Pastas, Salads & Breadsticks. We will be getting a little bit of everything from them...Lasagna, Fettuccine Alfredo, Chicken Parm, Salad, Breadsticks & much more! If you have any allergies or gluten intolerances, please let us know. We want to accommodate everyone to the best of our abilities. Thank you!

Although we love your little ones, we have decided to keep this an adult event. Since South Lake Tahoe has a little bit of everything to enjoy - a hike to Emerald Bay to relax and take in the views or an active nightlife to party it up - it seems like the absolute perfect time & place for you to get a sitter for the kiddos and take the weekend for yourself. We love your whole family & hope you understand!

No! Since we are in our mid-30's and live in an RV, we have everything we need and little space for more. We do plan on buying property to build on soon so if you do feel so inclined to gift us anything, cash or gift cards are preferred. We have also setup a House Fund for us to help make our Dream Property come true that you can find on our wedding website. We truly do not expect gifts at all though & having you there to celebrate with us is the best gift of all so please do not feel obligated to give us anything.

Great Question! It really depends on budget and preference. SMF is a bigger Airport with a lot more Airline options which could help with keeping cost down. Reno-Tahoe is about half the distance but does have Shuttle Services to and from. Look at your budget and situation & I hope you figure out your best option. Please see directions below from each Airport. Flying into Sacramento Airport: Take I-99 South to US-50 East Freeway. As you approach Stateline, Margaritaville will be on your right hand side between Harrahs & Marriot Timberlodge. Approximate Time: 2 Hours ***Will most likely need to rent a car*** Flying into Reno-Tahoe Airport: Take I- 580 South. Continue onto US-50 West toward South Lake Tahoe. Margaritaville will be on your lefthand side at Stateline. Approximate Time: 1 Hour ***Car Rental or you can schedule pick up with the South Tahoe Airporter. Starting May 7, 2025 you will need a Real ID or Passport for travel by airplane. We would hate for anyone to miss our wedding due to this new regulation change so please make sure to start that process now before trying to get to the airport and being denied boarding.

If you are staying at the Margaritaville, check in is 4p. If you are checking in on Saturday, May 31st there will be about an hour gap between the ceremony & reception so that could be the perfect time to check into your hotel rooms if you haven't already. Our reception space is a 5 minute walk from Margaritaville so we recommend dropping off your car at the hotel and walking over. We imagine most guests going to the casinos afterwards so it could be a great time to plan for that later so no one is drinking and driving.
