Austin and Jason invite their guests to wear what is comfortable to them! While typical party attire is encouraged, everyone should have on what they feel most comfortable in! Weather permitting, an approximately 30-minute ceremony will be outdoors. The proximity to the lake can create wind, so the grooms encourage guests to keep this in mind.

Austin and Jason have secured two room blocks. One is located at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites Geneva Finger Lakes. Reservations must be made by June 21 to guarantee a spot in the block. Another block has been organized at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott. Reservations must be made by June 20 to guarantee a spot in the block. More information on room blocks is available under the Place to Stay tab of the website. The grooms also suggest Airbnb, which has great options in the area.

Jason and Austin request that no children under the age of 13 be present.

The Meet and Greet dinner for Austin & Jason's wedding will be held at Bartlett Theatre, located in Coxe Hall on the campus of Hobart and William Smith Colleges (343 Pulteney Street, Geneva, NY). Parking is available in the Medbury South Lot, a five-minute walk north of Coxe Hall. Handicap-accessible parking is located in the Medbury North Lot, behind the Gearan Center. Signs provided by the college will direct those needing accessible parking. For the wedding ceremony at Temple Beth El (755 S Main St), parking is available on both sides of the street, with a limited number of spots in the temple’s driveway. Austin and Jason kindly request that the driveway and spots directly in front of the temple be reserved for individuals with accessibility needs. The wedding reception will take place at Club 86 (86 Ave. E), about a seven-minute drive from the temple. There are two parking lots nearby that should accommodate all guests.

The Menu for the Meet and Greet Dinner will be heavy hors d'oeuvres. The following will be served: Cheese and Charcuterie Platter Crab, artichoke, and spinach tartlet with mini quiche of crab, artichokes and spinach topped with saffron aioli Sicilian Arancini (risotto ball stuffed with mozzarella cheese, breaded in panko and deep fried served with roasted tomato sauce) Greek Turkey Meatballs (blended with olives, tomatoes, and lemon zest topped with harissa sauce and cucumber) Asian beef satay (beef marinated with ginger, garlic, and sesame, served with hoisin sauce) Hot chicken dip with tortilla chips Grilled chicken skewers with banana mango ketchup. The menu for the wedding reception cocktail hour will be the following hors d'oeuvres: Imported and domestic cheese and pepperoni, seasonal vegetables and dip, tomato and basil bruschetta with baguette crostini breads, Club 86 triscuits, creamy artichoke dip and pitas, breaded shrimp, potato rounds, cocktail meatballs and mini ravioli's. The menu for the wedding reception dinner will be: 1st course - Chicken bow tie soup 2nd course - mixed green salad and rolls 3rd course - Dinner Buffet with the following: Rigatoni & Red Sauce, Cheese Stuffed Shells, Meatballs, Roasted Veggie Patter, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Haddock, Baked Chicken, Roasted Beef Carving Station Dessert will be cookies by Dolce Delight in Ithaca and a macaroon tower by P's Macarons in Horseheads, New York. Those dancing late into the evening can also enjoy wood fired pizza from Torrey Park Restaurant!

The Meet and Greet dinner will have a cash bar for beer and wine, while non-alcoholic beverages will be complimentary. The wedding reception on the 21st will feature an open bar.

Yes, for those who wish to give a gift and prefer not to use The Knot, we will have a card box at the reception for any well-wishes or cards. We look forward to celebrating with everyone!
