Are kids welcome at the wedding?
Of course, kids are welcome to the wedding and they will have access to the park to play after the wedding and during the reception!
What is the dress attire for the wedding?
Wedding will be outside on grass if weather permits. Our preferred dress attire is business causal.
Can we request songs for the DJ to play?
Yes, they can request before the wedding through our online portal and at the wedding.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?
The ceremony and reception are at the same location; Bellevue Berry Farm. We are specifically located at the Western Barn.
What is the timeline for the night?
Wedding will start at 4pm and reception at 6pm. In between the wedding and reception guest are welcome to explore Bellevue Berry Farm (all drinks will have to stay within the barn).
Where should guests park? Is parking free?
Parking will be free, but there will be limited spot available directly in front of the venue. Parking is also on gravel road.
When is the RSVP deadline? How do I RSVP?
Please RSVP by April 24th so we can have an accurate number for the wedding. If you have difficulty RSVP to the wedding please let Michaela or Austin know.
Will dinner be served at the reception?
Dinner will be buffet style and we will try to accommodate all food allergies.
Will transportation be provided between the hotel and the venue?
There will not be transportation provide between hotels and venue. Courtyard by Marriot Omaha Bellevue at Beardmore Event Center does have a shuttle available but only runs certain hours.
