To help us with our planning, we kindly ask that you RSVP by July 20, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by then, we will unfortunately have to mark you as a "no".

We would love to see everybody dressed up with us! Cocktail attire is encouraged, however you are welcome to wear whatever you feel most confident in. The ceremony and reception will be indoors. Our only request is no jeans and no white/variations of white attire.

In order to ensure everybody remains present, we will have an “unplugged” ceremony. We kindly request that you turn off/silence your cellphone during the wedding ceremony. However, we encourage photographs during cocktail hour and the reception!

Unfortunately, we can not accommodate additional guests outside of predetermined plus ones allocated via your formal wedding invitation. Your formal invitation will specify if we have given you the option to bring a plus one.

There will be two rounds of wine service with dinner. Additionally, each guest 18+ will be given two free drink tickets. Thereafter, it is a cash bar and drink prices range from $7-$11.

Our ceremony will start at 2:00PM. Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Cocktail hour will start at 4:00PM and go until the reception starts at 5:00PM. Enjoy a drink at the venue, and explore downtown Calgary, or have a nap at your hotel! We just ask that you arrive by 5:00PM for the reception.
