Saturday, September 6 – Early Arrivals + Night Out

Daytime: Some of you are arriving and settling into hotels for the day.

Optional Clubs (late night/early morning):

Black Coffee at Hi Ibiza, 1:00 AM – 6:00 AM

Austin and I will be going. Wear whatever you’ll be comfortable dancing in—sandals, low block heels, or boots are recommended.

Elrow at UNVRS

1:00 AM – 6:00 AM

We’re skipping this one, but feel free to check it out if you’re up for it.

Sunday, September 7 – Check-In + Welcome Dinner + Optional Night Out

4:00 PM: Check-in starts at Casa Rocio.

6:30 PM: Welcome Dinner at the villa.

Dress: Elevated Mediterranean boho—sandals or low heels encouraged.

10:00 PM: Pre-game at the villa.

Late Night: Solomun x Anyma at Pacha (optional).

We are not attending, but some of the group is buying general admission tickets. You can upgrade to a table later without losing your money if the group wishes to do so.

Monday, September 8 – Wedding Day

Morning and Afternoon: Free time.

Ideas:

Lounge at the villa (pools, gym, sauna are all yours)

The beach across from the villa.

Dalt Villa (Old Town).

4:30 PM: Buses leave for the ceremony and dinner.

Please be ready on time—the shuttle will leave promptly.

Evening Schedule:

Ceremony from 6:00 to 6:30 PM

Cocktail Hour from 6:45 to 8:00 PM

Dinner from 8:00 to 10:00 PM

Return to the villa for the after-party from 11:00 PM on in the villa club.

Tuesday, September 9 – Recovery + Chill

Open day to relax, go to the beach, or explore the island at your own pace.

John Summit at Ushuaia:

7:00 to 11:00 PM

VIP Table Reserved for 25 guests

Return to the villa for an after-party at the villa or potentially out to UNVRS or Cova Santa once schedules are released. We will update the group if anything is needed here, ticket-wise.

Wednesday, September 10 – Boat Day

Boat day to Formentera:

11:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Cost will be $220 per person. Plan for lunch at a beach club on Formentera, separate from the boat rental cost.

Payments will be due September 1 for the boat. Ibiza law only allows 12 people per boat, so we’ll need a few guests to opt for a free day. If you’re open to doing your own thing, please text Austin or me in the next two weeks. Note: this will be a ripper of a day on the boat. If you’d rather relax and enjoy the villa/island, please volunteer as one of the few we will need to opt-out. If nobody opts-out we may have to randomly choose ~3 people as the 2 boats only hold 24 of the 27 guests who will still be at the villa come Wednesday.

1:00 AM to 6:00 AM

After-party back at the villa starting at 6:00 AM.

Thursday, September 11 – Departure Day

Check-out by 1:00 PM.

Departures throughout the day.
