Joseph Garrett Corrigan (then 27) and Autum Dawn Kimla (then 23) matched on Match.com and began just talking virtually that day until the first in-person meet.

We met in person for the first time at Florence Mall in Kentucky.

We had our first date in Greendale, Indiana. We went out to eat at Wings and Rings and walked around and talked at Greendale Park.

Garrett and I moved into our first home after a complete renovation. This was the start of living together.

Garrett and I found out that we were expecting and were excited to start our own little family.

We held our gender reveal with just our immediate families and it was revealed that we would be having a baby boy! And more exciting news came immediately after when Garrett proposed in our living room and I said “yes,” and just like that we were engaged!

Yep, still just “dating” as they say, but Garrett and I became parents with the birth of our son (on Good Friday). Colton James Corrigan was brought into this world and is the light in our lives.

After five years of just dating, we finally get to have our big wedding day with all of our family and friends! And we couldn’t be happier to make our little family official at last!
