Yes, seating for the ceremony will start at 3:30pm with the ceremony starting promptly at 4pm located at Coonhunters Lodge. The ceremony is outside behind the building. The ceremony is planned to take about half an hour, and the reception will begin around 5pm starting with the grand entrance on the top floor of the lodge.

Casual for both ceremony and reception. There will be a range from jeans and t-shirt to formal wear. The most important thing to us is that you are comfortable and that you have a good time celebrating with us!

The Pines will be catering our dinner for the night. It will be buffet style with the caterers serving. The menu for the night will be as follows: Appetizers - Assorted cheeses and crackers - Assorted fresh cut fruits - Chips and dip Dinner - Roast Beef & Gravy - Sliced Ham - Breaded Chicken Breast Tenders (ranch, ketchup, BBQ, Honey Mustard) - Mashed Potatoes & Gravy - Macaroni & Cheese - Buttered Corn - Seasoned Green Beans - Slaw - Tossed Salad (Romaine, Iceberg, shredded cheese, sliced tomatoes, sliced cucumbers, croutons, Thousand Island, Ranch, Catalina Dressings) - Dinner Rolls (with Margarine Cups) - Tea, Sweet Tea, Lemonade, and Water

Call Best Western in Batesville at 812-934-6262. When reserving a room for one or more nights, request the Best Western rate. Say you are a wedding guest and that you will need to book a room. Do not mention a wedding block because we do not have one. Then just request to be in a room near Autum Kimla. I already have my room booked and the hotel said you can make this request. If you don't care about room location then don't mention the bride's name.
