The day before : Friday 18th July

6pm - 8pm: The bride and groom will be at a local venue in Mumbles, likely to be in Oystermouth Wharf area (tbc). Please come along to wish us good luck and meet with other guests

The Wedding Day: Saturday 19th july

1:30 - 2:00pm: Arrive at&nbsp;<a href="https://www.mumblesmethodist.org/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Mumbles Methodist Church</a>&nbsp;2:00 - 2:45pm: Wedding ceremony2:45 - 3:30pm: Make your way to&nbsp;<a href="https://www.nortonhousehotel.co.uk/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Norton House Hotel</a>3:30 - 5:00pm: Drinks, canapes and group photos5:00 - 7:00pm: Wedding breakfast and speeches7:00pm:&nbsp;Evening guests arrive. Travel

Arriving by car:Mumbles is a lovely place in summer. However lots of other people think it is too and the roads into and around Mumbles can get busy, particularly if it's a sunny day (which we're hoping it will be!)If you are driving into Mumbles on the day please allow time for slow moving traffic Parking options:There will be ample free parking at the reception venue&nbsp;<a href="https://www.nortonhousehotel.co.uk/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Norton House Hotel</a>. This is a 10 min walk from Mumbles Methodist Church where the ceremony will take place There are a number of other Pay and Display car parks available along the Mumbles waterfront. The closest to the church is the car park by Boots. The car parks can also get full on busy days so leave plenty of time. It may be easiest to park at the reception venue, Norton House, and walk or get a taxi from there Taxis<a href="https://www.yellowcabsltd.com/" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Yellow Cabs</a>&nbsp;are located in Mumbles just a few doors away from the Church. Ubers are also available the area

Norton House Hotel has some rooms but we're afraid these have all been allocated to family and the wedding party. Travel and Accomodation

Gahvin and I first met on Match.com in August 2021 as the country was starting to open up after the pandemic. After chatting for a while online we decided to meet face to face and went for a walk along the 14 locks canal near Newport.We had a walk and a coffee and liked each other enough to meet again

After our first date we continued to meet up regularly. Gahvin took me to some lovely places and liked to impress me with how much he could eat.

Wining and dining

After we'd been dating for a year or so we went on our first holiday together to Cyprus where we attended Laura (Gahvin's neice) and Josh's wedding.

After we'd been dating for a year we went on a trip to Pembrokeshire and we fell in love with the area. This photo was taken overlooking Barafundle Bay, a beautiful beach that can only be accessed by foot

We joined the gym and I haven't seen much of Gahvin since. At least I can put my feet up.

Gahvin turned 50 and we got lots of our friends together to celebrate

We have been going to a dance class for the last couple of years where Gahvin has perfected the Cha cha cha ( in his head but not his feet yet!)

We went on a trip to Porto with some friends and Gahvin fully immersed himself in the experience

We had such a good time in Pembrokeshire in 2022 we decided to go back in 2024. This time Gahvin made me climb up ropes and do zip wires. Those yoga classes came in useful

Two years after we first saw the view of Barafundle we went back to the same spot and Gahvin popped the question. It was a big surprise, I didn't have a clue he was going to do it, not a clue at all, no idea, none at all

Oystermouth Castle

Langland bay is one of many lovely beaches in the Mumbles and Gower area. Swim in the sea or soak up some rays on the beach. Alternatively go for a walk in the rain like I did with my sister Catrin and brother in law Darren

For the more adventurous the walk over to Worms Head near Rhossili Bay is a breathtaking experience. Make sure you check the tide times in advance. We walked over last year and survived
