We’re excited to have you join us at BBG resort for the wedding night. We kindly ask that everyone cover their own room cost for the wedding night of $100 per adult. This is our special request as we've booked the entire resort just for our wedding. We’ve made this arrangement early to give everyone enough notice. We love knowing everyone can safely stumble back to their rooms after partying all night.

*panui - we do ask that all guests attending our wedding arrange themselves to stay in the wedding resort. It’s one night, please respect our wishes. We have put in a lot of mahi to have the resort exclusively. If you have others traveling with you who are not attending the wedding, they can stay.

Booking Coordination: You can touch base with Kataraina Ropati to sort out your stay. Kata will also send a panui in early 2025. Payments for the wedding resort will be direct to Kataraina, via bank transfer, online payment.

Additional Amenities at BBG Resort:

- The resort provides essentials like towels, complimentary toiletries, and buffet breakfast.

- Guests will stay in luxurious, air-conditioned glamping tents, each with a private bathroom, offering comfort and nature.

- Feel free to bring swimwear for a pool/beach swim later. And of course, don't forget your formal wedding attire.

Arrival to wedding

Please arrive to the wedding resort by 1 - 1.30pm, mostly ready with your luggage to check-in to your room. We're all staying at the BBG resort for the night. The wedding will start around 3-4 pm and check-in to your room is 2pm.

Kia ora, our Maarena is unplugged - No social media during the ceremony please, just your vibes!
