IS THERE A GIFT REGISTRY?

No. Zach and I prefer your presence over your presents. But, if you wish to give a gift we would appreciate money towards our honeymoon in September.

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?

Please RSVP by February 28th.

IS THERE A SHUTTLE FROM THE HOTEL TO THE VENUE?

For those joining us in celebrating with a few beverages and staying offsite, we have organized a shuttle service to and from the Holiday Inn Express to the wedding venue. See the assigned shuttle time at the bottom.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

For those staying offsite and wanting to drive themselves we recommend arriving around 3:00pm, but please arrive no later than 3:15pm as the ceremony will start at 3:30pm.

WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

When you arrive at the venue, you should see a large grass parking area to the right. You are welcome to park here for the rehearsal or wedding night. For the night of the wedding you are allowed to leave your vehicle overnight if needed. Vehicles must be picked up the next day by 11am.

CAN I BRING A DATE?

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests. We can only allow the people named on the wedding invitation.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Our reception will be an adult-only event. The only kids attending are those who are part of our Ceremony and wedding party. We hope you understand & enjoy a night out!

IS THE WEDDING INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Weather dependent, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will be indoors.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a semi-formal dress code for our evening. This means cocktail, semi-formal or formal dresses. Please no white clothing or jeans.

ARE THERE ANY COLOURS THAT GUESTS SHOULD AVOID WEARING?

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories and creams.

IS IT OKAY TO TAKE PICTURES WITH OUR PHONES AND CAMERAS DURING THE CEREMONY?

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This just means that we kindly ask that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/ turned off during the ceremony. Why? We have hired a professional to capture some of the most important moments and we'd hate to have a well-meaning person's phone/ device blocking that moment for her to capture. After the ceremony, we encourage you to take as many photos as you wish!

WHAT TYPE OF BAR WILL THERE BE?

We will be doing a toonie bar. Please bring cash if you are drinking alcoholic beverages.

CAN I USE MY PHONE AT THE VENUE?

Please note that there is minimal cell service at the venue. If there is an emergency, there is internet and wifi at the main cabin and if you walk down to the main road you can usually get a few bars. We are hopping to have a disconnected day!

WHAT TIME WILL THE SHUTTLE RUN?

There will be two pick up times at the start and the end of the night to account for all guests staying offsite. Please see your assigned travel time below. Please note if you wish to leave the party earlier, you will need to find your own transport.
