We started as friends—bonding over conversations filled with curiosity, shared values, and a mutual love for food and travel. What began as a simple connection, quickly grew into something more—built on spontaneous adventures and a passion for experiencing life together. From the start, we realized how much we had in common—especially the way we both find joy in the little things and create meaningful moments wherever we go. —exploring new cities, cooking side by side, and finding beauty in unexpected places. We spent time discovering hidden gems, Somewhere between quiet campfires, starlit skies, and our travels through Mexico, our friendship blossomed into a love that feels like home. Rooted in deep connection and a love that continues to grow, we’ve been dreaming of this next step for a long time. Now, we’re finally ready to begin our greatest journey yet—marriage—and we can’t wait to celebrate this new chapter with you.

I hope this message finds you well. As you begin looking into booking your flight, I wanted to share some helpful information to assist with your planning. Please note that flight options are quite limited, and only certain days are available for travel. Our first recommendation (FROM FRESNO) is to plan your departure for Tuesday, as flights typically leave very early in the morning—around 3:00 AM. While that timing can be a bit challenging, arriving early in the week gives you plenty of time to rest, recover from jet lag, and settle in comfortably before the wedding on Saturday. It also allows you the opportunity to explore, relax, and enjoy the destination a bit as a mini vacation before the big day. If traveling on Tuesday isn’t possible, a second option would be to fly in on Thursday, which still gives you the full day on Friday to rest and recharge before the celebration. Additionally, if you’re flying out of LAX, there are generally more options for departure dates. However, flights from LAX still tend to depart either very early around 3:00 AM, or late at night around 11:00 PM. Because of these unusual flight times, we strongly encourage arriving a few days early to give yourself time to relax and fully enjoy the weekend. Travel Tip: For the most direct and convenient route, we recommend flying from Fresno Airport (FAT) to Morelia International Airport (MLM), which is located approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes from Pátzcuaro. Morelia is the closest airport to the wedding destination and makes for a smoother arrival experience. We truly appreciate the effort you’re making to join us and want your experience to be as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need assistance with booking.

Transportation 

It is highly recommended to book your flight as soon as possible, as prices tend to increase each day. If you are planning to attend, please consider securing your ticket at your earliest convenience.

As you make your travel plans, I wanted to share a helpful suggestion for those who may be traveling with a larger group of family or friends. If you are arriving with a group, booking an Airbnb or vacation rental may be the most convenient and cost-effective option. Not only can it offer more space and comfort, but it also allows everyone to stay together under one roof, making coordination and downtime more enjoyable. Many rentals also come with amenities like kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces that can enhance your stay.
