I hope this message finds you well. As you begin looking into booking your flight, I wanted to share some helpful information to assist with your planning.

Please note that flight options are quite limited, and only certain days are available for travel. Our first recommendation (FROM FRESNO) is to plan your departure for Tuesday, as flights typically leave very early in the morning—around 3:00 AM. While that timing can be a bit challenging, arriving early in the week gives you plenty of time to rest, recover from jet lag, and settle in comfortably before the wedding on Saturday. It also allows you the opportunity to explore, relax, and enjoy the destination a bit as a mini vacation before the big day.

If traveling on Tuesday isn’t possible, a second option would be to fly in on Thursday, which still gives you the full day on Friday to rest and recharge before the celebration.

Additionally, if you’re flying out of LAX, there are generally more options for departure dates. However, flights from LAX still tend to depart either very early around 3:00 AM, or late at night around 11:00 PM. Because of these unusual flight times, we strongly encourage arriving a few days early to give yourself time to relax and fully enjoy the weekend.

Travel Tip: For the most direct and convenient route, we recommend flying from Fresno Airport (FAT) to Morelia International Airport (MLM), which is located approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes from Pátzcuaro. Morelia is the closest airport to the wedding destination and makes for a smoother arrival experience.
