Once in Cebu

Take a 30–45 min drive to the pier

Hop on a 2-hour ferry to Tagbilaran, Bohol (look for OceanJet or SuperCat)

Then a 30-minute drive to Panglao

This route brings you into Cebu Airport, which is way nicer than Manila, and gives you the chance to explore another city along the way. The trip does take a little longer with a few extra stop and who knows, your luggage might decide to go on a mini adventure too!
