What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by May 15, 2026 so we can finalize numbers for our wedding. If you need more time, let us know by contacting Bailey at (507)829-6942.

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

If we do not receive your RSVP by May 15th, 2026, it will be marked as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however, we have to provide a total guest count to the venue and vendors in a timely manner. Thank you for understanding.

Can I bring a guest/date?

Yes! We have accounted for all solo guests to bring a plus one to share the love and celebrate our special day with us! Please outline who you are bringing and follow the prompts within the RSVP information so we can ensure all guests have a great time. Should you not identify a plus one in the RSVP, we will assume you do not intend to bring one.

Are children invited?

Yes! We have children of our own and many excited, young family members who are thrilled to dance their hearts out at the wedding. We ask that if you plan to bring your littles, please ensure you continue to appropriately supervise them during the ceremony and reception. If you plan on wanting to have adult fun, consider a babysitter to ensure your children remain safely supervised!

What time should I arrive?

Our ceremony begins at 4:00 pm. We ask that you plan to arrive between 3:30 pm - 3:45 pm to allow time for parking, a slight walk to the ceremony site on the property, grabbing a refreshment if needed, and finding your seat. The distance from the parking area to the ceremony site is approximately a football field and a half, give or take. For individuals who may need assistance getting from the parking area to the ceremony site, let us know by outlining this in your RSVP or by contacting Bailey at (507)829-6942 by May 15th.

Will there be transportation to and from the wedding?

There won’t be organized transportation, but there is plenty of on-site parking available. If you plan on drinking, please arrange a safe ride home (ride-share, Uber/transportation service, or designated driver).

Will there be assigned seating?

Nope! During the ceremony, the first row will be reserved for parents and immediate family of Matt and Bailey. After that, pick a seat that you feel is comfortable! During the reception, reserved signs will be on a couple tables for parents and immediate family. All other tables are free for you to choose who you want to sit with!

Can I take pictures?

During the ceremony, we ask that all phones and cameras are put away and on silent. We have hired a talented photographer and videographer to capture the moment, and we would love for our guests to be present with us. During the reception, you are free to take pictures and videos as you please! To ensure all guests are having fun and are comfortable, please be respectful of others while you are taking pictures or videos.

Will there be an open bar?

Beer, wine, seltzers, soft drinks, and his and hers cocktails are on the house! Select liquors will be available for purchase. We ask that all guests drink responsibly and do not drive if you plan on drinking. Please make arrangements for a safe ride home.

What kind of food will be served?

We are having a buffet style dinner! There will be choice of chicken or roast beef, two styles of potatoes (one with cheese, one without for those that are dairy-free), green beans, and a side salad. There will be a late night snack of a nacho/taco bar served between 8:00 pm - 9:00 pm. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions in your RSVP so we may do our best to accommodate!
