We love your children, however due to space limitations, we respectfully request that uninvited children ages 4 - 18 YO and plus ones to not attend, unless their name is specifically on/in the invitation. We hope that with this advance notice you are still able to celebrate our Big Day with us!

We have a lot of guests coming from out of town and so we recommend that you arrive around 10:15 - 10:30AM for a 11AM ceremony.

The venue shares it's location next to a golf course and so parking is available in the front and in the back. The actual building for the venue is located in the back. Signs will be out to guide you. If there is no more parking within the venue, there is street parking located outside the gates.

The ceremony will take place outdoors. The weather averages in the high 70s to the low 80s. Social Hour and Reception will take place indoors.

We'll be serving a platter of colorful veggies and pesto hummus during Tea Time, followed by a two-course entree buffet dinner (Gluten and Dairy Free options available) and dessert. This is a Dry (no alcohol) and Open Bar Event. Last call for drinks will be at 3:30 PM

When you RSVP, there will be a question/comment section for you to let us know what those are. We are happy to accommodate our Vegan and Vegetarian friends.

Although we won't require masks, we do desire for our immunocompromised and elderly guests to have a happy and healthy memory of this day. If you are ill on the day of or have been ill a few days before, we do ask you to follow safety protocols in making sure you that you test negative for COVID, mask up, and/or consider celebrating with us in spirit or with us in person when you have felt better.
