Barry and Kristina met in 2021 while with friends in the Strip District of Pittsburgh. Barry and his friends were having drinks and listening to live music when Kristina and her friend spotted some open seats and quickly claimed them, which happened to be right next to Barry. They started talking and quickly hit it off with chemistry and similar senses of humor.

Barry reached out to Kristina shortly after they met. After several fun and spontaneous dates and plenty of patience, their adventure as a couple began!

Fast forward four years, they’ve learned a lot about each other and enjoyed day to day life, vacations, and spending time with each others friends and families.

He proposed to her while they were on vacation in Florida. He wanted to take a detour in Dunedin before driving to her parents’ place to spend a few days with them. He walked her out to the pier to take in the beautiful view, and she turned around to see him on one knee, asking her to marry him. Shortly after that, she looked up and saw her mom, her stepfather, and her future in-law’s witnessing the whole proposal!

They are looking forward to getting married in a peaceful mountain escape next June, surrounded by family, friends, and the love of those who will be there in spirit.
