Itinerary for Colorado
Flying/Driving
We suggest to get in town by Friday, September 27th and staying until Sunday, September 29th. By all means, if you want to come earlier and stay later, you can totally do that. Xavier and Baylynd will be arriving by Thursday, September 26th and staying until Tuesday, October 1st to enjoy Colorado! Also, please be aware that if you are flying, you will need to figure out transportation in Colorado. We suggest getting a rental car to get you to and from places. If you are staying at one of the same hotels as members of the family, I am sure they would be happy to give you a ride! Our suggestion is to carpool with family and friends.

Xavier and Baylynd have linked some hotels in the general area of where they are staying with different price ranges! If you find one that works better for you, please book it! Also, please reach out to family members you know are attending and see where they are staying! It could help with carpooling.
Friday
Friday is for whatever everyone wants to do! Baylynd and Xavier do not have anything specific planned for the group so please, go enjoy Denver! Reach out to others coming, have dinner and drinks. If you want, reach out to Baylynd and Xavier for possible dinner plans.
Saturday Afternoon Ceremony
Our small group of close family and friends invited to Colorado should arrive and be seated at Sunrise Amphitheater by 11:15 AM on Saturday, September 28th. The ceremony will begin at exactly 11:30 AM. Please be aware that sunrise amphitheater has limited parking, specifically only 10 spaces. Xavier and Baylynd will be buying the parking passes so that cars can park but there are not enough spots for every person to park. We strongly urge that people communicate and ride together/carpool for the ceremony. Please be aware that bathroom facilities will not be available, so please go before you arrive. There is no special seating arrangement, however we do request that parents and grandparents sit in the front. The ceremony will end by 12:30 PM.
Saturday Evening Dinner
Baylynd and Xavier request that everyone attend dinner on Saturday evening as a final celebration for the group! Dinner and drinks will be at 5:30 PM at Happy Camper Pizza! Here is the address:

Party Time
Saturday night, Baylynd and Xavier, as well as any guest who would like to come, are going out on the town! Drinks, dancing, and a night to remember.
