Detroit Metro Airport has the most flights, Bishop Airport is closest to the venue and accommodations.

We have set up a block for guests at the Hyatt Place Flint/Grand Blanc. If guests prefer to stay elsewhere, we recommend checking out the nearby Hampton Inn Flint/Grand Blanc, hotels near the outlet mall in Birch Run, or hotels in the fun tourist town of Frankenmuth.

We will be providing a shuttle between the hotel and the venue before and after the event. The shuttle will leave from the hotel for the venue at 3:30PM and will make two trips from the venue back to the hotel after the reception at 9PM and 10:30PM. There is parking at the venue if guests prefer to drive. Cars can be left overnight if needed but must be moved Sunday morning.

The wedding will be "cocktail attire". Since no one knows what this means, including myself, think like, the next level up from jeans and t-shirts but not so far as ballgowns and tuxes. Unless you're desperate to wear a tux, in which case, you do you I guess. Spring in Michigan can be unpredictable, so bring an extra layer just in case. Fingers crossed for no snow....

A local barbeque restaurant, Scratch BBQ and Catering, will be serving a buffet with various appetizer, side dish, and barbecue options!

Slingin' Sisters will be serving drinks at an open bar with various wine, beer, mixed drinks, and signature cocktails! Please be ready to show ID if you plan to imbibe. There will also be soft drinks available.
