Yes, there is free on-site parking, however for guests staying at our two hotel blocks there will be a complimentary shuttle bus service to and from the wedding venue. We strongly encourage utilizing this shuttle bus service for hotel guests as parking may fill up fast.

Yes, there will be a welcome drink upon arrival and then an open bar for the cocktail hour and reception.

Mocktails, water, soda, juice, coffee etc. will be available for all of our guests.

The ceremony will be held outdoors off the patio overlooking the golf course. The cocktail hour and reception will be held indoors.

We recommend flying into Albany International Airport. There is also an Amtrak station at Albany-Rensselaer for those guests who wish to travel by train. Please expect a 20-30 minute drive to the hotels in Schenectady which can be reached by taxi, Uber or Lyft.
